AMCOR Batticaloa office supplied Dry Food for 1177 families in 14 villages of Nagoda DS Division in the District of Galle who are affected by the Recent Floods and Landslides in the Sothern province. Each food pack is Rs.10,180/- worth and the total amount of the supply is Rs.12.2 million. These foods were directly supplied to the beneficiaries by the AMCOR Batticaloa staffs. --- ගාල්ල දිස්ත්රික්කය, නාගොඩ ප‍්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයට අයත් ග‍්‍රාමසේවා වසම් 14 ක මෑතකදී ගංවතුරෙන් හා නායයෑමෙන් අනාථ වූ පවුල් 1177 ක් ස`දහා ‘අම්කෝර්’ ආයතනය වියළි ආහාර මළු බෙදා දුන් අතර එක් මල්ලක වටිනාකම රු. 10 180 හා එහි මුලු පිරිවැය රුපියල් මිලියන 12.2 ක් පමණ විය. මෙම ආහාර ‘අම්කෝර්’ මඩකලපුව කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් සෘජුව ආපදාවන්ට ලක් වූවන්ට බෙදා දුන්හ. --- அண்மையில் காலி மாவட்டத்தில் ஏற்பட்ட பெரும் வெள்ளப்பெருக்கினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட 'நாகொடை' பிரதேசத்தைச் சேர்ந்த 14 கிராமங்களிலுள்ள 1177 குடும்பங்களுக்கு உலர் உணவுப்பொருட்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. ஓவ்வொன்றும் ரூ.10இ180ஃ- மதிப்புடைய இப்பொதிகளின் மொத்தப் பெறுமதி சுமார் ஒரு கோடி இருபத்தி இரண்டு இலட்சம் என்பதுடன் இப்பொதிகள் யாவும் அம்கோர் நிறுவனத்தின் உத்தியோகத்தர்களினால் நேரடியாக வழங்கப்பட்டமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

A total of 3300 dry food packages were distributed. Out of 3300, 3275 were distributed to 7 villages in 3 Divisional Secretariat divisions. The balance were distributed to two orphanages in the Batticaloa district.
